About US
St. Catharines and District Newcomers Club (est. 1978) welcomes newcomers to the St. Catharines, Thorold, Fonthill, Niagara Falls and Welland communities to acquaint them with the area and, in the spirit of friendship, introduce them to other newcomers.
To promote friendship, we plan monthly activities and club events for members throughout the year.
Who Can Become a Member?
If you have moved to the St. Catharines and District area within the past three years, contact us to join the club and take part in our activities and regular club events.
Annual Membership is $25

Joining one or more of our monthly activity groups is a great way to meet new people, and make new friends.
Monthly Activity Groups and Club Events
for Members include:
Book Club Day and Evening
Canasta, Golf, Morning Coffee,
Euchre Day and Evening, Picnic in the Park, Movie Time,
Rummoli, Rummikub,
Wednesday Walkers, Shop and Explore,
Strawberry Social, Stitch and Chat.
Members may sometimes bring a companion to the following
activities or events.
Wine Appreciation, Dining Out,
Christmas Party and Dinner, New Years Social
Our Newsletter, sent to members monthly, August through June provides members with activity and event information, and contains interesting articles about our community.

If you would like to become a member, please complete a
‘New Member Application’.
By clicking on the REGISTER tab at top of the screen
1) When we receive your Member Application,
we will contact you to pay your membership dues.
2) When you have paid the membership dues
we will send you an Activity Sign-Up Form.
This form enables you to choose
which activities you plan to attend.
